  I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn after a long drive. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were clean and the pillows súper comfy. Clean bathroom, good shower, clean towels and basic toiletries. I appreciated that the hotel offers complementary replacements of any standard toiletries if forgotten. The included breakfast is balanced mix of protein and carbs.

  The location of the hotel is very convenient, the front desk staff is very professional and nice😄 Contacted me well in advance of my stay to ask what I needed and helped me when I arrived. The room is also very clean and the hotel staff are very nice👍 thank you very much🙏 This hotel will be my first choice next time！

  My family and I have been on a road trip for three weeks, we are staying in several hotels along the way and we were passing through here, we stayed for 3 nights. We had an excellent experience. Starting with the attention and support given to us by the manager Luís Valdivia, super attentive, understanding and kind. They have an attendant named Kirill who always when we were passing by the reception and we smelled a warm cookie, made a point of giving us, in addition to being super attentive and smiling. The breakfast, regardless of the time, was always complete with everything and they had the tastiest donuts of all the hotels we've been to so far. The girls who worked taking care of breakfast these days (October 17, 18, 19) that unfortunately did not I paid attention to the names, always attentive and affectionate with my children, the room was always clean, with clean towels and organized when we returned from a walk outside the hotel. I highly recommend the service and if I come back to the city I will stay there again. Washing machines and dryers in operation, because we even use that these days And before I forget, there was always hot coffee for those who love. Thank you all on behalf of my family.

  Very unwelcoming place. The lobby was empty from guests, there was not a single one present. I was sitting at the lobby after my check-out day, the front desk person coming at me and asking me if I'm waiting for someone, and she keeps pushing me like what was my room number, what was my reservation under for(????), again and again. She told me I can't sitting in the lobby for so long because other guests may need it (while I've only been there for less than an hour and there are no guests were present.) She definitely not the correct person running hospitality business. Hopefully she gets paid enough for that. Very unwelcoming place. Please have your money be spent somewhere else, this place is going down.

  My family and I stayed here when we recently went to a football game at Cal. The room was spacious and clean. The free breakfast was a great way to start a long day. I appreciate the staff giving me tips on the area. I would recommend this place to other visitors that are going to an event on campus.
