    These are basic accommodations in the financial district. Very small, but clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Good temperature control. Decent hot breakfast. Very dirty windows and a wake-up call that never came were missteps. Good price for Manhattan. Short walk to subway. I'd stay again.

    Good location, services of water and ice working just in some floor. Windows don't open completely. Small space on reception. Good people working on.

    Visited the city this weekend. The hotel was clean and safe. Hotel staff were kind and courteous. We were totally lost and they assisted us with the train and offer plenty of suggestions for dinner and sightseeing. I will definitely be staying with them again.

    Great place! Near everything. Staff were very kind and friendly. Good breakfast. Nice clean room and comfortable beds. Would definitely go there on a next trip.

    Today I informed front desk that the TV is not working . Front desk only replied me that need to wait until tomorrow for mechanics. This is a popular hotel around US, should have this kind of service or reply. If she said there are no more room available for me to change for you, I will feel more comfortable. However the reply is sucks. I will not choose this hotel next time. Really bad service.
