  Small.. tight rooms.. that places is right next to the Elevator... A bit annoying. But the people were nice... I guess.. the first day we stayed, I asked for a microwave, that said they will bring one. That was around noon. I called back around 9pm. They said they will have one for us tomorrow. Never brought it. Don't expect to get the things you need at this hotel. It's good for the price.

  Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall is about on par for a Holiday Inn Express. Would have given a better score but I had to pay $350 a night to stay here because everywhere else in New York was sold out. If I had paid the standard price I would say I could understand the quality, but for that price I normally would have expected to stay in a room that wasn't almost completely below ground. Hallways and mezzanine area could have been cleaned better and doesn't give a good first impression when to first check in. Again the staff was very helpful and accommodating so they were great just the quality of the hotel was nowhere near what you would expect if you were paying over $300 a night to stay here.

  House keeping is terrible. Beds barely made. No cleaning is done. Simple spills on walls are not cleaned off. Don't use coffee maker in room. It's not cleaned, water is yellow. Breakfast bar is too close to rooms, you can hear preparation beginning at 5 a.m. Good breakfast foods. No disappointment there.

  Situated in local Brooklyn area with classic buildings all around it. Parking cost extra ($30/night). The room was clean, small with limited moving space and the beds were comfortable and clean.The bathroom design was nice. FREE, FREE Hot and cold breakfast choices. I enjoy my short visit!!

  100% fine. Exactly what you expect for a Holiday Inn, with the added bonus that the staff ARE making an effort to make a good impression. Whilst we were there, they were having a drinks/snack reception for guests to get to meet other guests/staff … I guess some guests stay for long durations? But it was a nice gesture, and a free beer will never go amiss. Room was fine. No kettle in the room though, if you're a tea drinker … (there was a coffee maker though)
