  We had a great stay. Valeri at the front desk is a terrific person/representative and is the biggest reason why I’d stay there again. Everyone was great but she stood out. Hope the hotel does something sweet for her. Very clean and upgraded room due to being a Platinum member. Jon n Donna/ Louisville KY

  We stayed here while attending a expo in Nashville. The entire staff was polite and professional. They were doing a remodel project inside and out but we hardly noticed. The complimentary breakfast was good. The shuttle service they provide allows you to go anywhere. Big thumbs up

  Very friendly and helpful staff, with a nice, clean facility. Well located for dining or attending events downtown. Rooms very comfortable, with micro fridge included. Breakfast is good, hot and filling, and they do change up the menu somewhat from day to day rather than just serving the same. Much of it seems to be food service bought-in from Sysco rather than made in house, but definitely a big step up from cold cereal. I'm the evenings from 3:30 -5:30, they have live music and snacks in the lobby, which is great to unwind. Certainly worth checking out after a day of convention panels. Also, a free shuttle around downtown and into the evening, which is super convenient. Great value

  Nice breakfast items! Great coffee! Housekeeping did not take dirty towels or leave coffee on second day. Our phone could not get calls from other rooms. The front desk didn't know how to fix it, either. Our wake up calls came 15 minutes late for three days even though I told the front desk about it after the first late call.They have beer, soda, and food items for sale near the front desk.Our room was clean. They provided ear plugs because of the construction going on across the road.
