  Wouldn't want to stay here again, dark and depression in the room. Bed is uncomfortable and a 300 dollar security deposit.

  Got stuck at the airport with a canceled flight. The first room was nice and comfortable, but had very boisterous children. The front desk clerk was gracious and kind. He gave me a new room that was just as good as the first, but quiet. I noticed he was very kind to the employees and customers. Thank you!

  Nice front desk, great shuttle and location, near the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast.

  Front desk staff excellent! Room service excellent! Room condition was very poor…exhaust fan dead, toilet plugged, shower/tub drain plugged Breakfast was okay. No bananas, juice machine broken

  It's just ok. Incredibly mediocre but considering we were needing a place to crash after a long day of traveling and weren't wanting to stay multiple nights it did the trick. The thing that really rubbed us wrong is when we asked front desk for recommendations on any open late night eats (it was 1030) and we were told the moose lodge at lakefront was open until 1am. We walked down there at 11pm in the cold, tired, jet lagged only to find that it closed at 10pm. Front desk should be more knowledgeable. When we went back we waited for someone to assist us with purchasing from their microwaveable food but received no assistance so finally gave up on eating completely. Fortunately the continental breakfast was a win.
