::Rare for me to rate a Holiday Inn as a Five Star, but my room was far above average for the brand. Service was over the top. My daughter joined me for an excellent breakfast and then we went grocery shopping. I forgot to check out. The front desk called and asked if I was still checking out. I told them I forgot. NO PROBLEM. Let us know when you do. As I walked past the front desk they were all smiles. Great experience.

::Called to see if we can check in early. The front desk representative rudely let us know that we cannot check in until 3 pm. Went to hotel anyway around 1:00 and we were pleasantly surprised when we were given a room. We went to a dingy, musty, dirty room with dust/dirt all over air conditioning unit. Decided to cancel our stay because the other rooms had the same dingy decor. The pictures on the site show white walls, but our room had dirty yellow walls. Very depressing!

::We had a great time last weekend! Nice rooms. Clean and comfortable. And a few things happened to make our trip more..."eventful" but Katie at the front desk and the entire staff brought some great customer service when I asked for help. We'll be back! Thanks!

::Spacious room though housing keeping is subpar (bed sheets have black marks; two conditioners but no shampoo). Limited breakfast hours and menu choices, though trio sliders were pretty good.

::Due to a water line break in my home, I have been living in the Champaign Holiday Inn at 100 Trade Centre Drive since June of 2021. I have been treated superbly. The staff has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The food in the restaurant is good, the pool is warm and large, the fitness center is all I could ask for. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
