  Room was of adequate size for a hotel in New York . The shower held a big surprise for us as the floor of the stall was level with the floor of the bathroom and every time we had a shower, the water flowed onto the floor. We had to use a large towel to prevent this from happening. There was no way to prevent this from happening as the shower head was fixed in one position. Some of the front desk staff were pleasant and others not. All in all it was an okay experience for us. The staff at the parking garage were most helpful and friendly. Always doing their best to help us out.

  Lobby is nice. Rooms are also nice. Elevator is terribly slow. Edit: although I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my review, I sincerely hope it means you'll improve the elevator system optimization the next time I stay here. It wastes an incredible amount of my time whenever I attempt to use it, but I always end up taking the stairs because I know how long that will take.

  Clean, big rooms and close to the subway. Small warm pool. When I was there the sauna and steambaths was out of order. Came in after a long flight and put the do not disturb sign on the door. Despite of that, they managed to wake me up by half way entering my room at 5.30 am and again some hours later to deliver a coffee machine i did not ask for. They also tried to charge me for breakfast that was included. All honest mistakes, but mistakes that should not happen. The hotel is nice for what it is, but should really up the service.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... The hospitality is amazing Luis greeted us at the curbside and took care of our every need. I will recommend this place to everyone. We came in from Delaware the place is great. Make sure you meet Luis!

  Hotel was located conveniently near many amenities including a few different subways. The hotel was clean and inviting and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. My daughter and I stayed a week and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant and bar attached to the hotel was excellent with a friendly staff. I would not only recommend this hotel and location but I would definitely stay here again.
