::Hotel is in a Metro friendly area with many restaurants within walking distance. Being a full service Holiday Inn you do not get free breakfast and the newer, more modern layouts of the Holiday Inn Express hotels. This property is dated and the elevators, common areas, and rooms show it. Big gaps in room doors allow hall noise into rooms. Elevators are darker and noisy. Machinery in restaurant area were loud and looked old. For a quick night stay where you just need a place to sleep, fine. Not so for a family vacation or romantic getaway. Advantage: Location Disadvantage: Age/Amenities

::Clean and quiet hotel which is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Room was lovely and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we especially loved the sheets. Parking area was secure and most spots were close to the rear door. My only complaint was if you were entering from the opposite side of the street when driving it was difficult to get across traffic. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

::Location is awesome. Few blocks down and you can reach the metro. There are a few food choices if you go down the street after. Service was amazing as well. Parking lot is behind the building but entrance is on the side of the building. It is not a parking garage so it was nice compared to most hotels that only have parking garages. I have a truck so it's hard to go through parking garages sometimes. I don't believe there was a fan in the bathroom although if there was, it didn't work well. When we used the shower, somehow it flooded the floor as well although curtains were closed.

::I went there last year with friends and it was fine. This year however the quality was absolutely abysmal. We were given four terrible rooms. First room had brown stains on linens. Second room busted a/c. Third room broken glaze on tub and mold. Showed the picture of the third room to the desk clerk and there was no apology and she said indifferently so you want another room right? Fourth room mold. After that my friend called our booking agent and got a new hotel-Residency Inn at the Marriott much nicer and friendlier staff.

::This hotel needs work. The rooms are run down. Old dirty power strip under the bed for the lamp, clock, and the only way to charge my phone bedside. My first room had leaking faucet with a puddle on the counter. I was able to change rooms but that was the first indication of the overall condition of this hotel. On a positive note, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
