::Staff was friendly upon checking in. The room itself was nice (good size, well arranged ect). Excellent that it is pet friendly. Only 3 stars due to the fact the housekeeper failed to fully clean this room from previous guest. We found half bottles of water in the fridge and garbage on the floor both by the window and near the bed.

::We had stayed in this hotel a few years ago and had an enjoyable stay. This time the staff was very friendly but there were many issues that need to be looked into. We stayed in room 1002 and the first night we saw roaches in the bathroom and woke up in the morning with a roach crawling on the bed. That night we could not sleep at all since we were up half the night looking for critters and we left the light on in the bathroom. The next morning, we notified the front desk and unfortunately they did not seem shocked. They informed us that they would deep clean our room while we left for the day. However, when we came back they had not deep cleaned the room and nor did they make the beds or change the towels. We had to request to be moved to another room and on top of that no staff offered to help us with the move. They also did not have extra towels, and also the water in the shower was never hot only lukewarm. We love the location of the hotel and the staff was great (Especially Bethlehem in the restaurant) but major improvements must be done before we return.

::Pro: Close to Metro!! Clean, comfortable beds/room. housekeeping checked in daily to see if we wanted service. Thought we had issue with tv remote however maintenance addressed it quickly and was very friendly. Free parking which is a big issue for us with an oversized van. Parking in the city is almost impossible for us. +++ on the parking. Positive cheery attitudes from the gentlemen at breakfast. Always helpful and welcoming. Easy walk to metro, grocery store, drug store, restaurants, and movie theater! Con: and it’s not a huge one. Smallish bathroom. And I had issue with the in room coffee pot but I never addressed it to staff so that’s on me. I would have loved coffee all day in the lobby.

::My family and I had a lovely stay here for two nights when we visited Washington. The hotel is easy to get to and has free parking, as well as easy access to the local Metro station. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt very safe. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good :)

::Have a great stay at the hotel where your family gets to share 2 towels. But wait there’s more you get a half used toilet paper roll that comes with a complimentary roll, sharing is caring right. In our lovely room we get a great view through a cracked window, really captures the glares. If you want entertainment there’s TVs but the movies only last 30 mins and then the screen blacks out. Your going to love the amenities the pool that opens at 8am must be California time because it’s actually 11am and if your told 10am its not. Have fun watching your child cry and ruin there time. Isn’t that just the sweetest. I plan many trips never to come here again. The breakfast is really good though.
