  Any issue I have had, the staff in the office was amazing and worked at getting it done quickly. Great experience and I’m so glad I picked Holiday Estates. All of the landscape stuff will be done when it’s spring and I couldn’t be happier with my new home ❤️

  Dominic did absolutely everything he possibly could to get our housing situated and we are completely satisfied. It is our first home together and Dominic was extremely professional the entire time as well as respectful and upfront with us. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a wonderful place to raise a family.

  My boyfriend and I thought this would be a good place to start for rent out first place.. lol I wish we would have looked around a little more before moving in here. I regret it!! We've had nothing but rude encounters with the office/managers. Couple months ago when they went around fixing people's yards they left mine a mess. When I called and complained all I was told was “it was in the contract that we’d be coming by to do maintenance on your yard” okay totally okay, why wasn’t I told in a day or 2 before so I could move my outside things? Why was my yard left a complete mess? Why did they leave all my outside belongs scattered?. While putting a trailer next to mine, they were very close to hitting my vehicle. The crew had no care in the world if they were going to hit it or not. If I hadn’t run out there, they definitely would have smacked the back end of my vehicle. The nasty rude comments I heard from the manger was not pleasant. Please, if you are thinking about moving here, keep looking, make this your last option.

  Well I just signed a lease to rent a new home in the park and I have nothing but great things to say about this move in process that started just a week ago. The home is beautiful and Bonnie in sales was awesome from the start. I met the rest of the sales team and they were all friendly cooperative and professional. Its a relief knowing that the community here is run by devoted staff and are very welcoming. I'm excited to begin this new phase!

  My husband and I were first time home buyers, and Bonnie was absolutely amazing to work with. She made the entire process much less stressful than we had anticipated. From our initial tour to closing, she has been right there and kept us informed every step of the way. She was very accessible, friendly, and responsive. She went above and beyond, even willing to work around our work related time constraints and answered emails after business hours. That was not expected but very much appreciated. Our home exceeded our expectations, and our parking lot was recently redone. It looks great, and it looks like they are making a ton of improvements all of the time. If you're intrested in buying a home, make sure to ask for Bonnie!
