::I went to the store to exchange a blazer with the same style but just different color. The inexperienced cashier including the rude manager refused to give me the exchange. Because the blazers were different color. The service was terrible I donโt recommend you go here.

::On Friday, November 18th, I unfortunately needed to return a pair of black shoes I bought earlier the same day, due to them being a bit too big when I tried them on again at home. (I was in a rush when I bought them) So, I called in advance explaining the situation and a gentlemen told me there'd be no problem getting a refund if I had a receipt. When I arrived, I overhear two women workers at the cash register complaining to each other, so I mentally prepare myself... The women that rung me up gave me an unnecessarily hard time because she didn't believe I hadn't worn them outside...nor did she believe they were the same pair of shoes on my receipt, which clearly stated the date and the purchased shoes. After many sighs and rude comments from her and to her coworker, she eventually gave me my money back with a, "OKAY! You can LEAVE NOW." I understand that working cashier can get incredibly brain frying and frustrating, but it does NOT give them any right to treat a customer like that. Therefore, I will not be returning here anytime soon.
