  When you purchase a shirt for 20 dollars, exchange it for a size up the next day and get charged an additional 10 more dollars for it , how is that a good business practice??? I decided to return the damn shirt out of principle. H&M is the IKEA of clothing. On the surface it presents well, but 3 months later it looks worn out and cheap. Don't waste your time and money on this millennial clothing manufacturer.

  Employees are incredibly rude. They did not look at me or ask if I needed help. I can't stand how loud the music is.

  Awful customer service. Equipped with a loud obnoxious manager who literally ran out and yelled at me in the middle of the mall...for a honest mistake. I was kind and apologetic, but he went above and beyond to embarsss me. He kept threatening me and yelled causing a scene.Never returning and you shouldn't either.

  I will never shop at H&M EVER again!! I ordered swim trunks for my husband online and since they didn't fit, I tried returning them to the store. They then told me they were final sale due to hygienic reasons (he tried them on with boxers and what is the difference between trying them on at home vs in the store?) This was my first and last time ever shopping here. I ended up giving them to a male customer who was looking to buy a pair.
