  Every H&M I go to has absolutely garbage customer service. Their clothing is cheap and stretches out and looks like trash after a while. I'm done shopping here.

  Love the great prices however the cashier wasn't very friendly she left the security buzzers on all of the pants I'd purchased. Good reason for me to return and buy more.

  This review is for H+M online. I placed an order and it never arrived, although their tracking system showed it was delivered. I called for a refund and the employee told me I had to ask my neighbors first if they received it. My second phone call I was told I had to call the post office to inquire about lost packages. They told me I had to call back again after 15 days. The hold times were 15+ minutes and the longest 28 minutes. Horrible customer service. I will never order online from them again.

  I have been to many H&M's but this store in particular is THE NICEST STORE EVER. Every time I go there, I am impressed with how well the store in maintained. Everything has a place and is well merchandised. It is NEVER a mess. Workers are very helpful too. My shopping experience is always 10/10 at this location.
