  Let me just say Edward made it right. I was overcharged on some Kohler valves and I complained that that Hirsch was engaged in predatory pricing, but after I called the situation to management they made it right. Hopefully Hirsch is the choice of your next service repair because its a company steeped in tradition and I am hopeful dedicated to your plumbing repair and satisfaction. Thank you Edward.

  What people seem to forget is that this is a professional plumbing supply house. It is not Lowe's. It is not Home Depot. It is not ACE Hardware. It is expected that if you walk in you know what you want. What brand, what size, what material, etc. If you step up to the counter and ask what to do because the widget on the thing behind your toilet doesn't work (and not even know what brand of toilet it is), do not be surprised if they tell you to consult a plumber. Does it sometimes take a while for service? Yes. Again, they are not geared towards mass sales. And it is especially irritating, as a construction professional, when the delay is caused by someone who should be at a DIY big box store standing at the counter burning my valuable time because they don't know what they want.

  I've had two contractors rave about these guys and they're right. They have the great brands we were looking for (Toto, Duravit, Grohe) and everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful. No reason to go anywhere else.
