  Very nice hotel. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and a trip to SeaWorld. The hotel and grounds around it are beautiful. Rooms are spacious with decent decor. Hotel sits on Mission Bay and we had a view from our balcony. Front desk staff is very friendly and answered lots of questions we had. Hotel provided transportation to SeaWorld so that was one less thing to worry about. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

  Rating has to do with the staff, from the front desk to the wait staff at the restaurant, but mainly the outstanding concierge service! My wife and I stayed at the resort for a week, and Kerry and Gordie made it an awesome experience! They helped us plan the entire week, gave great recommendations, and even helped us get "special treatment" at a couple places, because they had a relationship with those establishments. They took plenty of time to understand what our desires were for the visit, and helped us exceed expectations- they are fantastic! I would highly recommend not renting a car, and using Uber for all your transportation needs.

  The SPA is phenomenal and would definitely go back. Dennis The concierge was very helpful and pleasant. The massages and facials was a great experience and will do it again at this location. Ricardo, our waiter at the restaurant, was very friendly and a delight. The entire experience was worth spending the entire day and would recommend it to anyone looking to have a relaxing day away from it all.

  I want to take this opportunity to share with you my weekend at the San Diego Hilton on mission bay. I planned to propose to my girlfriend, I had a vision on what I wanted to do. I called the concierge of the hotel, to share my thoughts. WOW, Gordon aka (Gordie) hit the ball out of the park!!! His attention to details was flawless. Working with Gordie and his hospitality made us feel like royalty. I want to thank you so much for going out of your way Gordie and making the weekend so beautiful for us. I also want to thank the spa representatives, this is one of the services which Gordon reserved for us. We had a couple’s massage, my fiancé mentioned Erin gave her the best massage she ever received and I agreed with her. Sara was awesome and both masseuse represented spa with integrity, if you are there this is a must do. The views of the hotel and the restaurant on the premise were outstanding, we cannot wait to go back very soon. Thank you to ALL for a perfect weekend.

  The hotel is in a nice location on Mission Bay that is surrounded by parks and a walking trail. The grounds are nice, if a little dated. The pool area was nicely maintained. Our room was located on the tower closest to the interstate so it was a bit noisy especially with the porch door open. The room was clean and the beds comfy.
