  This is a nice hotel centrally located in the medical center. Parking lot. Large rooms very comfortable. Doing renovations while I was here a little inconvenient. Nice lobby with reasonable restaurant and room service until 11pm. Free water on arrival. Breakfast is served in the morning. Comfortable. Nothing special but better than most. It is a Hilton and that says a lot.

  Great visit very good amenities. Is would recommend this hotel to any one staying in Houston, or needs a procedure T the medical center. Ed S

  I'm in Houston, as a patient in the medical park. This is where I choose to stay because it is quiet from the air and ambulance traffic going into the various hospitals. The employees are long-term and very pleasant, accommodating, and caring. The shuttle is convenient and timely. The only negative, the gift shop is not open to purchase items, snacks, or drinks.

  The beds were a liiiitle small, but incredibly comfy. Super clean, almost like a little home. Staff was super nice and welcoming. There was a cute little bar in the corner. I had a pretty good time 👌

  The hotel itself is in good shape, clean, and seems well cared for. There was construction going on during our visit, so they appear to maintain the property. The staff at the front desk were not very courteous. As an example, I struggled to get bags into the hotel while pushing a wheelchair, but there was no bellhop in sight, nor was one offered. And when asking questions or to schedule the shuttle the staff was curt and showed little respect. However, the shuttle drivers were professional and courteous. We were always mindful to give gratuity, and be thankful, so they remembered us, so we might have had the benefit of familiarity. The servicing of our room was very good. We spent a lot of time in our room between medical appointments, which sometimes were days apart. On several occasions we left only long enough for a good meal, and returned to a freshly cleaned room. The internet was horrid. It kept dropping out on us. One of their access points was bad, and we had to make sure we connected to a specific one to even get shoddy connection. The hard wired network ports were not active. The restaurant on site was exceptional, and had some of the best food we enjoyed on our trip. Altogether, I think the stay was pleasant enough, but it wasn't good enough that we plan to stay here as a first choice on our next trip.
