  Great service and people! They didn’t have any rooms left when I arrived without reservations so they put me in a suite that had a fold out bed at a very reasonable price. Also was able to park my tall camper van in a special lot.

  Homeless everywhere around the hotel. The hotel is one of the many islands of polish among more common settings. Mostly well behaved homeless, some litter. Lots of bars and people how frequent them. Some might say lots of shady characters on the street. Funny mix of yuppie and homeless. Lots of hoodies and tennis shoes gathered in small groups. I spent a good hour watching some men walk in circles in the park in front of the hotel. They were muttering to them selves but stayed fairly clear of everyone else in the park. None of this stopped families from bringing their kids to the playground in the park or trendy dog walkers. Interesting!

  Great and friendly service! Very attentive! I look forward to our trip to this hotel for our event annually and would never think of staying anywhere else! Not to mention the food in their restaurant is fantastic! There are also lots of places to visit near by on foot!

  Beautiful place to have a drink with friends. The lobby is huge. Friendly staff. Great drinks. Easy pick up and drop off area in front of building. Valet parking. Farmers market across the street in the park. Easy walk into downtown and shops.

  I've been there twice. Both times the service staff were very warm. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It's also very close to the nice nightlife in downtown Vancouver. The pool is clean and relaxing and the gym is very well-equipped.
