::The only complaint I have about our stay was the beds were too firm for my liking. It was like sleeping on a board covered with a yoga mat.

::I have stayed here a few times. Usually it is wonderful. Yesterday, they gave my room away to a guest and tried to "upgrade" me to a cheaper room. When I refused that option they ran my card to check me in and gave me a room which had not been cleaned. There were cups and towels and such strewn around. When I went back to the desk to refuse that one they said they would refund my money and we drove home. When I woke up the next morning the money had not been returned to my card. In fact, I had been charged 25 dollars more than the original bill. I do not know what happened between all the good experiences and May 19th, but I am not pleased.

::We enjoyed our stay. The room was a little dated but clean, the bed was comfortable enough & the guest service staff were all nice. The biggest complaint (if you even want to call it that) would be the indoor pool was about 90 degrees & the pool area was so steamy. All in all I would be willing to stay again.

::Staff was great! Room was great! Food was great! Bed was great! Not one thing wrong with this hotel.

::I book Hilton for most of my travel as they are fairly consistent however this place is starting to show its age, especially the bathroom (I took pictures immediately when I walked into the room). Bed was comfortable and slept fine. TV didn't have a channel guide button and took forever to change channels. Again, not a huge deal but I don't know the channels and flipping through the first 25 channels was literally all sports channels. The coffee downstairs in the morning was lukewarm and the breakfast was a traditional Chef can make omelet, waffles, pancakes or you can get something sitting out. Breakfast was decent and around $15 dollars. We got a drink at the Bar connected to it late Sunday night and you might as well skip going there. We were the only ones there and we ordered a few mixed drinks and they came in the tiniest glasses ever. They only had one beer on tap and basic beer like Corona, Budweiser, etc. Overall, it is not bad by any means. Just seems like an older Hilton. Would I go again? Yes but next time I will look at others before I book it.
