  Would give the staff a 5 star rating really took care of me. But the central bookings are completely clueless. Completely messed up my reservation that my company was paying for and tried to have me pay for it outta pocket even though they canceled my reservation.

  Stayed overnight. Room was clean and in good shape. Would stay again and recommend.

  This is a conveniently-located and beautifully designed location that is a pleasure to use as a starting point when visiting the island. The staff is extremely helpful, professional and attentive. Breakfast was extremely well done with excellent choices from omelets to waffles and fresh fruit. The room was clean and everything you could need from a microwave, mini fridge television desk was all working properly. There is ample parking including enough room two handle commercial vehicles. You are comfortable walk away from a fairly nice Diner. Have fun seeing all of the wonderful attractions that long island has to offer. Enjoy!

  This was a terrible time staying here. My room has a broken closet door, neither side would slide...awesome. Half the buttons on the remote for the TV doesn’t work, great. The breakfast was terrible, and during which a pipe burst in their kitchen and water poured down everywhere. You would think they had an emergency plan for this, nope the workers screamed and threw towels down. Speaking of which the service was terrible, was not crowded enough for the lack of assistance. The bath tub has wierd black stains on it. At night tried to order room service called down 3 times no one answered. Had to come down to place my order, just for the waiter/server to look past me and start helping someone who showed up after me. I still waited 40+ minutes just for a cheeseburger...To top it off he was not friendly at all and my order was wrong, I had to come back down to get it fixed. I stayed here while on a business trip, and I won’t be staying here again. The company can find me a different hotel chain to stay in.

  Hotel personnel are courteous and rooms very clean and bright. They do not have a continental breakfast but do have coffee and tea in the lobby as well as in rooms. Absolutely no complaints
