  I stayed May 11-12 and had an amazing time! My room was clean. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast and my interactions with the Chef were note worthy. Location is a little outdated, but fits for the area still. Will be staying again.

  My wife and I stayed at this property for two nights while visiting family in the area. The parking is right out front, convenient and no charge and easy access to major highways as well. The check in was prompt and friendly and the elevators a quick ride up to the 4th floor. Our room was clean and comfortable including the bath area, but the toilet is of traditional height so if mobility or age is an issue just be aware. The shower pressure was way too weak in terms of water pressure for our liking and the largest disappointment. The breakfast was outstanding each morning with many hot items, fruit, pastries, coffee, etc. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and courteous. The property is mostly up to Hilton standards but is starting to show some age and will need updating in the coming years to keep pace with the many other options locally. We would definitely stay here again.

  My family and I stayed at this hotel for a Memorial Service (which was held in one of the on-site conference rooms). Service was great. Friendly front desk staff; friendly breakfast buffet staff (with a decent selection of breakfast foods…including made to order waffles!); etc. We had a King Bed suite, which was well appointed with a nice sitting area (sleeper sofa, club chair, plus desk & chair). Bed was comfy and room appeared very clean.

  The overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. The pool was so cloudy that it looked contaminated, the hot tub was closed and the fridge in my room still contained leftover food from the last guest. Also, the rooms could use some updating. The only reason that I’m rating this location 3 stars is because the customer service was amazing! I was greeted (and thanked for my stay) by EVERY hotel employee that I encountered (front desk staff, kitchen staff and housekeeping staff). Also Breakfast was really good as well. If this location improves in the area of cleanliness, it will easily earn 5 stars from me.

  This is a very nice Hilton Garden Inn. Ample parking. Bright and open entry. The lobby is impeccable and beautifully decorated. Comfortable and welcoming. Staff is very friendly and engaging. The grounds are well kept and quite lovely. Gym is standard for HGI but very clean and well kept. The indoor pool looked nice but was closed. Breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order. Coffee is not pour and self serve. The rooms are clean and bedding is nice but this is an older HGI so the rooms do need some updating. The AC/heat did not work well. Hallways all well kept and had no clutter. I would stay here again with no concern. Area has plenty of choices for food and shopping. Felt safe.
