::Eveyone was very nice and helpful. As a diamond member, I was very disappointed that we had to pay for the continental breakfast. Don't think I will be staying at a Hilton Garden Inn out of the Hilton hotel chain anytime in the near future.

::The manager went out of his way to turn the end of our long day of traveling into a welcoming pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

::High marks for this hotel! Didn't realize how close it was to the University when I booked but everyone was out for Christmas break when I was there. Was only there a couple nights Dec 19-21 2022 but would love to see this place on a game weekend. Clean, comfortable bed, hot shower and close to plenty of restaurants. Very friendly staff! Didn't try the breakfast which seems to be the main complaint I read from others. I would recommend Sammy's pancake house if you are looking for some tier one breakfast though.

::From the minute we checked in to Rob’s smiling face to when we had drinks and breakfast with Kent. We’ve not been to a hotel that has had their employees take so much pride in their work. We were there on Thanksgiving evening and not one person we met that night were cranky for having to work the Holiday. Rob was working a 12 hour night shift and Ken was closing down the bar and had to be back to open for breakfast and he took the time to see if we wanted one more drink. He could have closed bar since it was getting close to close for them. The gentleman working with Kent that evening along with the one in the morning were also so very nice. I just didn’t get their names.
