  Great location! Hotel itself is a little out dated. Beds are not very comfortable. The staff at the bar though?!?! 5 stars! So nice and attentive! Great service! Very happy!!

  2 star for the money this is not the hotel you want comfort inn is much better. Outdated! Elevator electric has a short so it cuts on and off and lights cut on and off if u use the one in lobby on the left. Rooms are clean but stains are horrible on floor and sheets were stained and ripped. We slept on top and thank goodness we always bring throws. No blanket on bed anyway and none in closet and it is 43 degrees here. We just upped the heat higher than normal to replace the blankets that the hotel does not offer. So bring your own blanket! The only good thing is the employees were very nice! Parking is charged each time you leave so only come with a car of u plan to never leave during your stay

  Staff is decent here and somewhat friendly. Place in general is out dated. Better off stay at a 2 star place at these prices you'd be getting same accommodations. Had to change room 3 times. Fire alarm strobes were barely on, dangling from the ceiling, beds are all dirty and stains all over the floor. This place needs some updates and tender love and care. Not worth at all what my company is paying for a night's stay.

  The hotel location is great. The building is a little out dated. However the staff more than make up for eye sore of old fixtures. From the minute we parked we were and were greeted by the valet staff through checkout each encounter with staff members were pleasant. Bryon from the front desk went above and beyond when I left my dress in the hotel closet and returned home. I was able to contact Bryon and arrange to have my dress picked up by a friend. The hotel is also connected to a Starbucks. Cvs is at the adjacent corner, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Cons would be parking garage is $25 a day even for hotel guest with no re-entry. If you are staying a few days at the very least you should be able to park/ use your vehicle without additional fees.

  The hotel was OK. The staff were friendly, but clearly stretched thin. The hotel was clean, but a little outdated. The carpet should be replaced. The restaurant was not open when we were hungry. It seemed pricey. It's in a good location. The fitness center was quite nice.
