  Rooms are clean and comfortable. Available amenities including the bar, buffet, and pantry for snacks was very nice to have so close. I did have a small issue when making my reservation in reference to some needs my dog would have during our stay. The reservation made through the call center assured me my requests for my dog were noted on my reservation, but come check-in, this was not the case. Fortunately, Lashawn and Jeremy at the front desk took care of my concerns and were able to accommodate my request at check-in very quickly and professionally. I enjoyed my stay here, and will stay here again in the future should I find myself staying in Arvada again.

  I am an over-the-road truck driver and this location is my home when I am not in the truck. I love the professional staff and thank them all. But there is a new person, Jose. This young man is fantastic at his job and has made great effort in learning a new language. I am super proud of his progress and wish him the best. And a big thanks to Monica for accommodating our needs so late in the afternoon. This location is just wonderful.

  I recently stayed at the Arvada Hilton Garden Inn for almost a month. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms are super clean and the beds are heavenly comfortable. The best part however is their wonderful staff. Every single employee was so welcoming and friendly. And Stephen the manager is so kind, efficient and so helpful. He works so hard and is so good at his job, give this guy a raise! The restaurant is terrific, I highly recommend the garden pasta. Also Nicole in the restaurant, Nick, Pauliie and Jessica are terrific. All of the employees do an excellent job. The lobby is a great place to hang out in if you are an insomniac like me. I liked going down there and sitting by the fireplace and reading until I got sleepy. I’ll definitely be back sometime. Thanks for everything, you all do an amazing job and the hotel is just beautiful. The Christmas decor is fabulous by the way.

  Desk staff was helpful. We were there for 5!days and asked for house keeping daily. They did not, after a reminder it was okay. They ran out of coffee for the in room Kerrig, just saying how does that happen. Meals were not satisfying, save your money and order or go out. Great location, clean and bright

  This is a great value hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the service is superb. The front desk staff were friendly, warm and really made me feel their primary goal was to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is a short walk to downtown Arvada. I will be back.
