  The room was fine. Clean. They had a pipe burst before I checked in so when I called to confirm they had my dog on my reservation, they warned me of that and then told me they would waive my pet fee, unprompted. Great! Nice surprise! Nope. I checked out and then got a $50 miscellaneous charge on my receipt. When I called and asked about it, they said it was the pet fee and they can’t refund it cause I don’t remember the name of the employee who told me they would waive it. She explained in circles about the hotel policy even after I said “I understand the policy but this is what I was told.” I’m happy to pay pet fees but not when I’m told it’s waived and it’s a surprise charge. Im extremely disappointed with Hilton brand and their customer service.

  This was more personal but the beds were too hard. Most staff was very friendly except the lady in the am I. The breakfast station she was very rude to younger groups like my self. She even talked to another table of girls and was very rude. But was super nice to people closer to her age late 50-60.

  This is a four star hotel. In our room the bathroom door lock was broken, as well as the mini fridge. The entrance to the pool is down the smoking hallway, which is really disgusting if you don’t like the overwhelming stench of stale cigarette smoke. Our keys didn’t work for the pool, so the desk lady let us in but the hot tub was lukewarm and there was so much chlorine that our eyes were burning before we even got all the way in. The free EV charging was nice but we probably would have had a better experience if we just slept in the Tesla. I usually love staying at Hilton hotels but this experience was the worst. I wouldn’t expect to walk through a smoking hallway to get to the pool in a Motel 8, but in a Hilton!?

  Location and price were great but only giving it 4 stars due to the fact that the beds were really hard ( or I am used to my softer mattress) 😅. My back hurt the whole time we stayed here (typing this after our second night, and one more to go). I have the Hilton Honors App which helps to see your member points, check in without having to stop by the front desk, and have a digital key. We went straight yo our room the night we got here. That part is very convenient and time saving. Overall a good stay.

  Excellent stay. Highly recommended and will stay again! I, my husband and my 10 years old daughter enjoyed staying there. First impression is the set up and decoration at lobby area. Staffs there looked really happy and were friendly. Cleaned room and elegant set up for bedding set and towel. Great selections of Coffee set and bathroom set. Breakfast is served with the real dishes, utensile and glass. Egg is cooked per order and it was delicious. I can feel that many small details are taking into consideration diligently under hotel staffs and the management team of this facility.
