  Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was easy to find, which is a real bonus for us, being that we were from Eastern Washington and not familiar with the area at all. The front desk accommodated our request for a late because of the late hour of our arrival. Check in and out was seamless. The ONLY things that would've made our stay better would be the offer of an included breakfast and an extra blanket....my wife likes the room chiiiiilly!!

  Had a great stay here on 12/04. They were busy as there were multiple events and conferences ongoing, but the main lobby is beautiful with the 4 elevators and restaurant. Had no issues with my breakfast credit as a Gold Member. I highly recommend the sauteed veggie hash. Room was large. I don't often stay in Bellevue but this was perfect. The woman at the reception when I checked in on 12/04 was very helpful and kind

  The staff were lovely and courteous. It was clean and tidy. I was here for a convention for the visually impaired. This place is very difficult to manage with or without a visual impairment. Pathways are not direct, stairways wander, elevators are difficult to find, the entry to the restaurant is unclear. I think the designers got too fancy for their own good. Somehow we all figured out how to get around.

  The restaurant was the best part of the whole stay I enjoy eating at the restaurant the food was amazing the waiter he was the best the food was prepared great it was hot it was enjoyable the conversation was great it made my day eating there. I did not like the idea that you had to request your room to be cleaned in order to get your room cleaned and I do understand that it was because of covid but walking through the hotel was pretty the sites were beautiful and it was clean.

  My husband and I were here for a convention and could not have had a nicer stay. Kim checked us in and was the kindest person I’ve ever interacted with and made sure we had everything we needed. I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to, because of how much she went above and beyond to care for us!
