::Mother's Day Brunch was great here. We've previously visited the hotel and loved the rooftop (indoor) pool and outdoor patio area. The food was good then also, so that seems to be a constant. Hotel still feels brand new, exquisite and has great service. Self-parking is convenient and has a crosswalk to the hotel. There is also a crosswalk to the GRB. Nice hotel, nice atmosphere, great food and excellent access to Downtown Houston.

::They take good care of you and make sure you have everything you need. They text you after arrival and offer you the chance to text them at any point during your stay to get assistance or support. It's a smart way to make themselves available. This was a very nice property, easily accessing the Toyota Center across the street and many restaurants. Great views. Good fitness center. Good staff. Good stay.

::It's a really nice hotel. The pool and terrace on the roof 24 floor is fantastic overlooking the Toyota Center. One of the best hotels in the United States. The motion detectors in the room make me feel uncomfortable though.

::Beautiful hotel in downtown! Easy access to Minute Maid Park, George Brown Convention Center, Discovery Green, and Toyota Center! Plenty of parking in the parking garage across the street. Very friendly and nice staff made it even better! Highly recommend!

::Took the kids (high school students) on a tour and it was interesting and informative. Personnel was well knowledgeable and it is a great opportunity to network. One of my kids came out with a job after having a pleasant conversation with the HR representative and Director of Operations. My experience was not one as a customer, to make it clear. I can't comment on cost or customer service related to a stay.
