::My mother also went there since she wanted to save time because she was kind of busy. They treated her very well as they listened to her problems. The doctor was very pleasant and positive towards her. My mother is always satisfied with their service.

::Took my aunt here who suffered a fall. The assistant and doctor took one look from across the room, and did not even examine her. They told her to go to the ER. She only had some minor cuts and bruises around her nose. They saw the blood and immediately refused care which was extremely unprofessional. Notably, we got there one hour before closing time, and it really just seemed as though the staff was far more interested in leaving already. The assistant was wiping down counters while chatting with the doctor upon our entrance, and in the medical profession this is a clear indication that they had already made the decision to stop seeing patients. We would have been completely okay with what they said, if they had done an assessment of my injured aunt. However, she wasn't even given that much respect. You go into a clinic expecting to receive care, not refusal. This refusal of care resulted in a 6 hour visit in the ER, when it could have been less than half that time at an URGENT care where you're suppose to be seen much faster. I'll definitely be letting my family and friends know about this experience at this site.
