  Stay away from this dry cleaner! We’ve been using their service for over a year but when they ruined my dress and took no responsibility, it’s time to move on. We like the brother of the owner while she was unethical. We dropped off my dress I wore on Thanksgiving dinner. There was no stain on my dress but when I picked it up the following week, she said she lost the ticket. This is unusual but when I mentioned the black dress with white stripes, she knew it right away. She showed me my dress and said they didnt clean it yet beacuse there’s a stain on it. She didn’t mentioned it when we dropped it off, why now? Also it smells like chemicals when I took it back. She blamed it on the brand. My husband went back again trying to get some credits but she still refused to do anything for us. We got a picture to prove that on Thanksgiving day, the dress got no stain. This is a brand new dress I wore for the first time by the way. This is unacceptable and unethical business.
