  Wow! They are amazing! I needed a alteration done for a bridesmaid dress. It was super complicated with many layers and they did such a great job! It was perfect! Super fast, very nice people and excellent work! Will definitely use them again and again!

  Great service and always go the extra mile on cleaning and alterations. They even test my fabrics before dry cleaning new clothes to make sure there's never issues with bleeding or the stitches. One time i was missing a button and the nice lady sewed one on without me even asking. I always get my clothes back in much better condition whether tailored or cleaned. GREAT STORE!

  I brought in a bridesmaid dress to be let out 1 inch. I came in today and they took it in instead of letting it out. The tailor insisted that she hadn't done so, but it was inches away from being able to zip (which it had done before no problem it was just a bit tight). After trying to magically pull it together for ten minutes and wasting my time while insisting that it wasn't her fault, she finally said she would fix it. I come back later and the dress barely fits me. It zips, but with much more difficulty than before I brought it in. After wasting my time for ten more minutes, insisting it wasn't her fault, I demanded a refund. She refused to give it and was very rude. So I basically paid them $50 to completely waste my time and make the problem worse than before I brought it in. The wedding is tomorrow so we don't even have time to bring it somewhere else. My family has been coming here for years. She even said we were one of her best customers. You can be sure we'll never be back.
