  Mo went above and beyond for me and made my experience at Hiley VW a pleasurable one. The quality of work here is top notch and was completed in a timely manner. I personally won’t take my vehicles to anyone else and would recommend them to anybody in need of service!

  Mo is the service adviser to choose, no doubt about it. He kept me updated about my vehicle the entire time, and he had it fixed from beginning to end. He explained very clearly the issues with my car, and gave me clear recommendations on how to move forward. Can't thank you enough for your awesome service! You will definitely see me again!

  Every time I come for a service I’m always greeted right away and have a great experience. I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years now and will keep coming here. Mo is always professional and courteous.

  So I've had my rabbit for just over a year now, and since the very first time I came into the service station Mo has taken AMAZING care of me and Roger (that's my rabbits name lol! Get it? ROGER RABBIT!). Anyway Hes always made sure to give me the best deal he can and make sure I understand why something happens within my vehicle and the best. Most cost effective way to fix it. I can tell anyone enough has great he is. I come in and he knows me by name. Not by car. Not a lot of people take the effort to form those kinds of relationships with customers but it definitely makes a huge difference. Hiley VW will certainly cater to you!

  Superb customer service!!! Everyone I met was friendly and open. Good vibe from everyone and a nice relaxed atmosphere in the showroom. I was never stressed or pressed by the sales staff. The staff went out of their way to get me a great deal on a used car. I entered the dealership with no expectations of getting a ride. I picked up my car Thursday fully detailed and ready to roll. Kudos to Charlotte, Seth, Marshal and everyone else I had contact with. Hiley will definitely have a wonderful chance to get my repeat business. I will gladly spread the word to shop Hiley for a car. THANKS AGAIN for a wonderful experience buying a car.
