  This used to be a pretty good place. Big turn for the worse. Bagels are still good, but after asking twice and not writing down our 2 basic egg sandwich orders; they got everything wrong. When asked for the missing ketchup, counter person said "you have to wait, I have to help the customers first." Last time I was here I picked up 12 bagels and 4 egg sandwiches with which you get nothing. No coffee or juice, no cream cheese or extra bagels. Heck, I didn't even get a good morning or a thank you. There will not be another visit from me.

  Staff can care less of the quality of your breakfast. Burnt eggs, resisdue from grill on sandwhich, under cooked bacon. Iv given this place so many chances and they just don't care I will not return
