  Dr. Mancuso is an excellent doctor. Very thorough and detailed. Clean, nice facility as well. I would highly recommend him !

  The staff is unprofessional, incompetent and needs experience in medical billing. It took me two months to get scheduled for a MRI and now it took another week to get an appointment when this is over will never go back mind you this is a workers comp case the worst.😣😣😣

  I will never go back here for the reasons mentioned below. I am not sure how often this happens to their patients but I advise you to not even risk figuring that out. I went in with a broken pinky finger, I met with Dr. Mark for 5 mins, he did not have to reposition my finger or perform any type of special service/surgery, but I was billed for surgery. I paid separately, in cash, to their recommended third party vendor for a customized splint. 1. I was billed for services I did not receive and it is extremely difficult to reach someone because all calls are directed to an operator 2. Once you do reach an operator they do not direct your call to the department you wish to speak to, in my case the billing department. Instead, they send your message to them on your behalf 3. I have spoken to 6 different operators over the course of 6 months and have explained that my health care provider is requesting additional details as to the service provided so that they can pay for them, and my health care provider has yet to hear from Highline Ortho 4. An operator said that all billing is done by a central service and that the actual location that I received my services at would be unable to help me 5. For all the money they charge, approximately $200 for a first time visit plus any services rendered, they could really be more professional in handling their billing

  I think Highline Orthopaedics group is the best group for orthopedic surgery. Over the years, before OSS, I had two knee surgeries, a shoulder surgery, and a foot surgery with different doctors and at different facilities. So I have had a lot of orthopedic experience. I discovered OSS this summer after a MRI revealed I had a broken hip. Dr. M. Mohrmann did a total hip replacement in August 2016, a surgery for which I have already written a review. I highly recommend him. Total Hip replacement is a really big operation and this doctor and everyone in the office made it so manageable. I am so grateful. I can't say enough!

  I went to Highline Orthopedics today for my hand arthritis. I was seen by Amy Dusenberry, the physician's assistant. She was so nice and personable, and made me feel very comfortable. She gave me all the time I needed and was so helpful and caring. I'm so glad I went and had such a pleasant experience.
