  I only come here for the free car wash.. but the service is terrible... I had a Infiniti g35 a couple years back and they forgot to screw in the bottom amor that protects the front bottom of my car after they performed an oil change.. then one day the manager was screaming at the workers in front of the customers for not washing the cars right.. lol

  Sloppy work, was using them on 3 cars, and overlooking the small stuff like leaving oil on the engine, forgetting to screw in the engine skid plate and leaking oil from the filter which was all corrected when I took the car back. This time for the first time I decided to do the oil change myself and found the oil filter on my 330i was completely destroyed because it was forced in place and completely bent, that was the last straw, I never would have known if I didn't do the service myself. They are incompetent and criminals. Good luck . I took pictures if they decide to contact me.
