::Already off to a bad start. OB/GYN office sent chart over last week and they couldn't find it. Had the OB office send the info again first thing Monday and it's now Wednesday and they still don't have it organized. Girl on the phone said to call on Friday (4 days after the retry) because they get too many faxes on one fax machine ONLY. 3 locations in the valley and they own only ONE fax machine? It's no wonder this place is rated so low. Shows you how much (or how little) they care about their patients. Can't wait to get to the office and hear all their other terrible excuses for being so behind and unorganized with everything.

::Im sorry to see the bad reviews, everyone in this office has been wonderful to me. This is my third pregnancy and I've never been treated so good. They take their time with me, answer all my questions, I feel genially cared about each time I visit

::The staff was always polite to me. The doctor was super nice as well and everything was always explained to me. They always told me what they were looking for if anything and when something looked off they gave me all the possibilities for what it could be. I loved them and the doctor i had and would definitely recommend them.

::This office is a c o m p l e t e JOKE! Nobody even works in that office it seems, you call and call and call and you get 1st in line to be answered.... it rings.... and then you’re back at caller number 3 in line waiting 30 minutes listening to an operator. Once I get into the office their definitely getting an ear full. If you can avoid this place, please do at all costs. It’s so unethical + unprofessional. LOL. Good Lord help this center.
