  I absolutely love that place. My hygienist is wonderful, thorough, and done before I even realize it. She is great. The ladies at the desk are caring and so friendly. They take the time to explain everything. I am looking forward to working with my dentist Dr. Fitzhugh on my dental plan that he has worked out for me. The Bartlett office makes sure that I am always notified well in advance of everything. They are great!!

  When my temporary crown broke Dr. Alexis Bourgeois made me a new one the same day. She took great care of me and I was pain free. She's one of the most highly competent dentists I've experienced and her care for her patients is quite evident with her professionalism, compassion, and competency. I highly recommend her.

  Absolutely best staff and experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. So attentive and caring and knowledgeable. They were able to see me very quickly in a tough situation and I can’t be more appreciative. Dr. Bourgeois and her team were fantastic. The whole process was smooth and quick and convenient. I wish I could mention each person by name to give them the much deserved recognition, however, I was in a bit of a delirious state. Everyone I encountered from reception to insurance paperwork to even a random staff member I encountered in the hall was so accommodating and sweet. I 100% recommend this facility. I will be a regular here now for sure. What a wonderful and trustworthy group of healthcare professionals. Thank you to everyone for taking care of me above and beyond.

  Ashley was very helpful on the phone getting me set up as a new patient. Cathy was the dental assistant and walked me through everything that would be happening. Dr B explained as she worked and was very gentle. Thank you for getting me an appointment so fast. It was great to be able to chew on that side again.

  I was referred to Higginbotham Family Dental office in Bartlett by a friend. This is one of the best gifts she could have given me! I have never been disappointed with their service. The staff is courteous and the wait is never long. Everyone is so friendly and that means a lot to my husband and me. Dana is the BEST!
