::Yes, it's a small space that gets crowded easily but it's so worth it. It’s hard to find a place that sells used records in great shape at decent prices! You pay a little bit more here but your getting quality records that are in great shape. They also carry the best quality re-issues in the market not those cheap from “CD copies " that you see at other shops for less money - but bad quality. As far as prices go they are good to fair - NEVER EXPENSIVE as some others have posted before me. I went in looking for said “over-priced" records and found NONE!! - These people that are complaining of high prices need to move back to Kansas! - This is New York City you Pikers!! Get a decent paying job and quit your whining!!! That said the guys at HiFi easily managed to get $85 off my hands and I walked out 13 records in total; an original pressing of Final Cut, Johnny Thunders, Ty Segal’s new album, a great northern soul compilation, 4 assorted 45’s and 5 record mystery bag that I couldn’t wait to get home and opened: Whitesnake, a classical record, an EMC Jazz record, a Cosby-Stills + Nash and some old Crooner named Englebert Humping something!!! - and guess what - all for $8 and they were all in good condition! There hip-hop section is lacking but that seems to be case for most record shops in NYC. There funk/soul selection is small but potent. They do have a nice selection of 80’s R&B and 12” DJ singles. Jazz was tight as well as Punk and World Music. Very happy to have this shop in town and will definitely be coming here more often than those other shops in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Great Job Guys - Don’t Fudge it up!!! 5 STARS!!!

::This is your place is you love LP's and a cup of Joe. Fun, laid back record store, carrying Orbit turn tables. Jave and staff are happy to help w selections and talk of the latest and best musical choices.

::The selection is varried and wide (both used and new) and the owner and staff are very pleasant. Prices on new records seem a little high, but not outrageously so. There's enough room to move around and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting.
