::Although initially i was thrilled to stay in this hostel, and was willing to pay the price of an hotel room for it, after 3 nights i can tell you it was an intrusive, isolating and negative experience. This hostel is simply not worth the price (60-80 USD a night!) and it is definitely not worth its premium. They charge extra for everything (laundry soap, inside bike storage, checkout luggage storage,..) Things normally included in hostels. Even more, the staff has a very negative “can’t do” attitude. The only thing they tell you is what you can’t do. There is not one positive vibe they create, causing the people visiting here to become all loners. Don’t expect a socially vibrant place here. It’s dull and boring, which is normal if a hostel does not do anything to lure youngsters out of their shell. For me this one has failed. For this price level, go to Freehand, everything these guys do wrong Freehand does right. Is it all bad? No. I will leave the positive notes to the end: it’s spacious (hard to find in NY!), clean and has a well equiped kitchen, theater, outside area. They do organize events. For example there was a pubcrawl. But again they forgot to first bind the people and then go out. Instead a bunch of strangers went into the metro for 30 minutes, to go to “local” bars. Fail.

::Great Location! The rooms though are extremely hot with no ventilation. The A/C would come one every 15 minutes and run for maybe 2 minutes and it would get hot and stuffy right away. This made the rooms very uncomfortable.

::Amazing stay! This was my very first hostel stay and I have to say how impressed I am with the accommodations(super clean) and the staff! They were incredibly helpful and informed. Will be back!

::103 정거장에서 한블럭? 이라서 접근성도 좋고 근처 마켓도있고 뉴욕의 여러장소를 가기 너무 좋습니다. 수건도 매일 교체가능하고 화장실이 너무 깨끗합니다.
