  The worst experience every! I have bought and sold 25 personal homes. I am now a broker and owner of a real estate company and used this title company for a closing. It was the roughest transaction we have ever experienced. The title company does not deliver documents in a timely manner, they do not answer phones, they do not return calls. It is a blessing that we did not need to have financing. This was a simple transaction, quick, cash close. No customer service here.
