  Experience at the Hertz location in Phoenix Arizona at 4001 East Bell Road was amazing! Justin was a great representative always polite always smiling always respectful and tried to accommodate me and any possible way he could to make sure I had a great experience. I would definitely go back to this Hertz location and rent another vehicle and definitely recommend it to others. We were given a 2018 Toyota Sienna minivan very nice vehicle very clean very comfortable while eclipse I'm very happy with the product I'm very happy with the service the overall experience could not have been any better.

  The man was extremely unhelpful. Car was paid for by my family member months ago. I was put on as the driver. I had my own credit card and licence and wad refused the the reservation because my family member was not physically there. And when I agreed to rebook the car they said that the rate would be 3 times what the original rate was. Then I was told repeatedly that the money would not be refunded and there is nothing more they could do for me. I am visiting the area and was over an hour from where I was going and basically kicked to the curb. I rent around 25 - 30 cars a year and I will never use them again. Horrible customer service.

  I can only confirm the bad reviews. Cold welcome and they act like they make you a favor. The car had damages so I checked for the map in the paperwork. There wasn't any! I asked if they forgot and they replied that they don't provide it anymore. I asked to see any paperwork to make sure that at least we're all square, but they don't have that too. So basically, you leave with a damaged car and hope that when we'll be back, they won't charge you for damage!! I won't be back, that's for sure.

  From start to finish the experience was a 5 star thanks to Justin he was very professional and helpful. He was working by himself but he was never overwhelmed even that location was busy my check in and out was quick. I did get picked up and dropped off without a hassle.i will be renting again at the end of this month. Thank you Justin for the great customer service!!!
