  We came to Hertz after Enterprise let us down by lying about having cars available. Curtis took a call and kept us informed. When he arrived he was so helpful and courteous. The car was great, the drop off service was so simple & easy at the end of the day. Cannot fault them. I'll definitely use Hertz as default in future.

  We had a car preordered for this location. Cannot second the bad reviews. The Hertz employee was very friendly and we received our (upgraded) car without any issues.

  Warning - do not use this service. Absolutely terrible service. Front desk individual was well over an hour late at start of business. Showed up without am apology or amy acknowledgement of their fault. Proceeded to issue the incorrect size vehicle.

  Most terrible car-rental branch ever see. Charged us the per-purchase fuel fee but not as the price they show on the desk. After waiting for 1 hour we were offered a car with an empty fuel tank. My reserved car use time is 12:00-15:00 and now is 13:38 I still haven't picked up my car. Very very impressed experience here:)

  They rented me a car with mechanical issues. Charged me for fuel when I brought it back with more gas than they gave me. Follow up customer service is a headache. Follow up with corporate office is another time consuming disaster on its own. No shortage of incompetence and greed from Hertz.
