  I am a Gold Member and I was treated as such. The Hertz team was fast and on point.

  The process is relatively fast. They have those kiosk where you can video chat with a customer service. The car is clean and ready to go. During drop-off, I left my phone mount on the windshield, but the guy who inspected the car took it off and returned it to me.
