  Came in to buy a car. Spent two days and about 6 hours filling out paperwork only for them to tell me the loan was not approved due to me being on workers compensation at the time. This was discussed at the very beginning. Your team needs better training so they know what they're doing.

  Amazing how they say they certify all their cars before selling them, two weeks after buying a car from them the fuel pump goes leaving my family stranded in traffic, when it gets to pepboys for repair I ask them to check out a grinding noise in the front tires turns out the car needs all new rotors, how can you sell a car you certify as safe with bad brakes.

  Do not buy here. "Certified" car needed battery 8000 miles later, and rear brakes right after that. Dealership screwed up title, necessitating another DMV visit and more money. The buying experience itself is unpleasant and staff is either inexperienced or unhelpful. Hertz should be ashamed of itself for being associated with these folks.

  Tried to do bait and switch with finance of vehicle. interest rate went up 4% when we went to get deposit. Blamed it on a computer glitch. Oh and they do not take Bank or Credit card for down payment. So had to leave and get Cashiers check and then they had computer Glitch which mysteriously raised the interest rate and Payment. Needless to say did not Buy Vehicle.

  It was truly amazing but we saw a dead bird.They gave us really good deals and gave a free water because my little granddaughter was thirsty.I was so Glad I came and me and my Son are thinking of buying 2 cars because of how amazing its.I would really love to come back again and tell all my friends.😀
