  Walked in on a Saturday morning having seen a car on your web site. Your whole staff were excellent. Bruce from start to finish was The Man. No pressure. Straight forward answers. Attention to detail. I've bought and sold cars in the 5 States I've lived in and this was the most seamless, uncomplicated transaction of them all. Thanks Bruce

  Great car....good price...no pressure buying, over all a good place to buy....BUT beware of their extended warranties. Mine was $2200.00 and it was suppose to be bumper to bumper, 5 years 60k miles. Then you get home and read it and it covers some basic stuff...no electronics coverage and that was why I bought it.... cheaper , better coverage policies are available...

  I’m a AAA Premier and Hertz Gold Member, I have rented Hertz cars for years, my problem is the following: 1. I rented via AAA online at the Midway location Showing the number of cars available. I added my Hertz Gold Number- which never showed- get to the rental location to find out I am at least 5th in line and ZERO cars! I told the agents the same thing, not their fault they have no cars. Then I explain I am a AAA Premier and Gold Member- there was a no show so luckily I got the upgraded car available. I wish your system would correct the number of available cars, not fair to the agents fielding the rude remarks because there are no cars! I do plan on renting but I do online the insurance via AAA is a 1/3 of the price as Hertz.

  Achieving a reasonable rate is possible if you continue to watch offers from completing companies. Hertz Customer Service Reps were very friendly. Shuttle driver had a full shuttle but still managed to help everyone with their bags...and he did it with a smile. Quick and easy return process. I was on the shuttle within 3 minutes after pulling in. Great experience!
