  I only use the Paramus Hertz. It's a bit out of my way but it doesn't matter. Dan the manager is the best! Helpful, friendly and accommodating.

  This was my second time renting from this Hertz. Compared to other rental places in the area, the prices here were much cheaper. Granted, there was one person in front of me when I went to pick up the vehicle, but the car was clean and ready to go when it was my turn. I requested a SUV and received a 2018 SUV with 1000 miles on it-I couldn't have been happier! I was somewhat disappointed that there was no information provided by the employee regarding the bells and whistles offered on this particular vehicle, and disappointed to have to pay extra for GPS (instead of paying, I brought my own portable GPS, but that should've been included), GPS actually worked when the gas gauge got low...was actually funny-would only take me to a gas station. After hours drop off box was easy to use upon return. Will certainly return in the future.

  As other reviews have stated, there is always a wait here to pick up or drop off a car. Always a minimum of 3 people waiting. On top of that, they never had the cars cleaned and ready to go. After the check in process, usually had to wait another 15 min for them to clean the car. Otherwise, staff is pretty friendly.
