  I rented a car from this location on 3/26/18 When I got in the car it smelled like fresh lemons so I didn't really check the car out and I really had to get to work, when I got off work and entered the car all I could smell is cigarette smoke so I decided to look around the inside of the car and there were ashes in the cup holder, juice splatter on the steering wheel, all floor mats were gone except one in the back probably because they were filthy, Staines on all the seats, the door handles were filthy as if a mechanic had the car for a while driving it around or something. I contacted customer relations and they were very apologetic and gave me $25.00 back on my card however from now on I'll just make my way to the airport for rentals!

  I returned my car a week ago to a body shop where the representatives at this Hertz location said was alright. A full week later, they still have not closed my contract and haven’t picked up the car as they claimed they would. All and all a bad experience.

  They will get you in rental very fast

  They opened late so I stood out in the cold. No apology. They have me a car with less than a full tank of gas. The windshield wipers were full of ice. Wiper fluid ran out fifteen minutes into my trip. Tire pressure warning came on thirty minutes into trip. Told the worker this on return same day, again no apology. And I filled out a Hertz survey a couple weeks ago describing the poor service. Have not heard a peep from Hertz. No more Hertz!

  Always super helpful, always super nice. Every vehicle has always been very nice, but more so, very clean.
