  BEWARE!! I was charged almost $200 over my receipt price!!! It has been a month and 18 days of me calling constantly to inquire about what is being done to rectify this mistake. Each time I speak to someone I am told that they will "look into it". I have only had them call me to touch in once. I, on the other hand, am calling almost daily at this point. At first I was fair and friendly, but now I'm getting fed up. Calling doesn't seem to be working as my charge has not been changed and it has been WEEKS! Today, I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. I would NOT recommend Hertz to anyone and will NOT be a returning customer. This has been such a gigantic pain in my neck. Unbelievable.

  Keith picked me up after my car accident. Took care of me with rental rates. Especially after he found out the person who hit me insurance didn’t cover my car rental nor did mine. Great service. I’d definitely use Hertz & Keith at this location.

  The Customer service here was great until 2 weeks after I bring the rental back I am charged for an ez pass $25 . They gave me a car with an ez pass in it and now tells me that I had to pay for it, that’s insane he did not say I would be charged so I went through a 50 cent toll and had to pay $25 that’s wrong i would never use this car service again

  Didn't get the car we wanted but the staff was very cooperative
