  Despite flying into PHL, I always rent from the Essington location. I’ve been renting from there for the past couple of months. The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. Crystal & Kenny are awesome!!!!

  When I went in there to get a car it was thru my insurance.So I told her I was here to pick a car up. She took for ever to find my info cause she was running the wrong info. Also the prices there are stupid high . This location is rude an disrespectful. .Never again will I go to this location or another hurtz in my life. I will never refer no one to hurtz or this location.

  Just average. The whole process took 15 to 20 minutes. Don't think I would go back to this location

  Place really sucks! Says will pick up within 15 min of location but not airport which is 10 min. Reason? Can't take business from airport. Answer...no cars for rent at airport. Tough luck. Take a cab. Being the most expensive rental car company on the planet they should provide better service.

  The worst company ever the the guy to do application for the loan guy is a big mother f***** a****** he did 6 increase on my credit how you a loan guy and do application for low interest and he still gave me the highest interest. Be careful with this guy if you see him he's fat he dark-skinned he wear glasses and he got his teeth like a shark. Be careful with this guy he will f*** you where the interest rate I think he get paid for that.
