::Got a great deal on a reservation but ended up with a much bigger, nicer car, for an unbelievable deal. It may have just been the circumstances, a one-off thing, but I'll definitely check this location next time. Staffed by one person, so some waits involved.

::Staff bounces between locations, so chances of someone being there when you are scheduled to pick up your rental are very slim. Thankfully, you can leave keys with the hotel front desk. Completely unprofessional.

::Rebecca gave me worst customer service customer she made me come out to Tarrytown from Brooklyn & didn't get car. Made me Weight my time & late for work. I ask for a pick from the metro north pick me up later had to call 3 time to let them know I'm at the train station I call when I was on the train. I will never call this Hertz again. It's in hotel lobby. I'm African-American and the Hertz employee with African American and she was treating the Caucasian people way better than me because why they have more money bad service at the company d
