  Worst customer service experience ive had at a rental car company. I don't like having to write a bad review but if you're able to rental from another company... DO IT! You will be glad you skipped this mess and chances are you'll get a better deal at another company. After I was told "no we don't have any cars, we're full" I was able to sit in the lobby and rent a car for less then half of what I was originally charged.

  Poor customer service. They did not check my car in properly and I ended up footing the bill for the next person's tolls. There was no effort made to correct their mistake.
