  The gentleman who helped me (I believe his name was Romano) was fantastic. I went to my drop off location instead of my pickup location and he worked very quickly to ensure they had a car to offer and took care of everything. He was friendly the entire time, made a great suggestion about purchasing the tank of gas at their rates as I was driving about 240 miles, and we were in and out.

  I have never had a bad experience with any Hertz rental place. Maybe being a gold member or company policy to be nice to customers. Whatever the case is, they know and can relate to how you feel with action taken immediately. You book online and get confirmation. Show up with proper ID and matching credit card is all you really need. A key and car will be ready upon arriving.

  Thanks so much Hertz, it was amazing! A great car, which took us on the road trip of our dreams. We felt terrible dropping it off with mud from our shoes and on the car itself from Big Sur but the staff member at the drop off point assured us it wasn't a problem. The experience from pick up to drop off was amazing, and really so very very inexpensive. Thanks again. :)

  I got really nervous when picking up my car after reading all the negative comments here on Google Review. Honestly, it was the smoothest rental I've had in a very long time. No additional up-sales, no crazy fee's. Is this the car you reserved? "Yes". Need anything else? "Nope". Here is your car have a good vacation. Drove the car to Las Vegas. Returning was simple as well. Read all the fine print before I signed and off we went! Could not have been smoother.
